Incredible bike. Fast and comfortable and not a bad range. Very hilly where I live and just got 20 miles out of it . Didn’t feel a thing . Best bike for the price range by far. Assembly took 20 mins and was easy even for me with no bike experience. Well done samebihe.

Despite the fact that the item description states that there is no assembly required, this is not the case. The front wheel, pedals, headlight, mudguards, rear seat, saddle and basket all need to be fitted, with poor instructions on how to do so. Nowhere in the instruction manual did it mention that the battery needs to be switched on with a key, which then has to remain in place while using the bike. On a positive note, the motor is quite powerful, although there is a slight lag between turning the pedals and power reaching the wheel. This may catch you off guard if you're not paying attention. The ride is comfortable and the gears operate smoothly. The brakes are very effective on both wheels. There is no pump for the tyres, nor any indication of the pressure required. I used my car's electric pump to inflate the tyres to 50 psi, which seems about right. The paint finish is rather dull compared to the illustration, which is disappointing but something I can live with. What I find very frustrating is that no sooner had I bought the bike, Amazon started selling it £40 cheaper than the price I paid.

As a first time user of bike, it took me half a day to assemble and instruction wasn't very clear but I managed it in the end, , perfect and thrilled with its performance in speed and electric power on uphills . Great value , feel a bit heavy maybe because I am a small person. I charged once and it run about 90 km like 60 miles and spread can go up 25, great purchase

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to thank the seller for their excellent customer service and support throughout the process. Unfortunately, I experienced difficulties getting the e-bike up and running when it first arrived, which meant I was unable to use it for around 10 days after delivery. However, the seller remained in regular contact, responded professionally, involved their engineer, and continued to assist until the issue was resolved. The communication was excellent, and the £100 goodwill compensation was greatly appreciated given the time spent troubleshooting and waiting for a solution. I was finally able to ride the bike on 19 June, and it is now working properly. For my first ride, the bike felt very good and surprisingly fast for commuting around London. It is not a lightweight bike, but it is not excessively heavy either, and I found it quite easy to fold. As I have only ridden it once so far, I cannot give a full review of the bike itself yet. My only observation at this stage is that it would benefit from a magnet, strap, or Velcro system to keep the bike securely folded, as the front wheel tends to swing open when the bike is folded. Overall, I am very grateful for the seller's patience, effort, and commitment to resolving the problem. Thank you again for your support and for standing behind your product.

I really wanted to like this bike, and to be fair, it was fine at first. However, after riding it for just 8 months (around 14 km/8.7 miles every day), the front fork/frame suddenly broke while I was riding. The handlebars became loose without warning, and I almost had a serious accident. A structural component like this should never fail under normal use. The biggest problem is that I can't even find a replacement fork because the entire assembly is welded together, making it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to repair properly. Any repair would likely involve welding the broken part, which is far from ideal for something that directly affects rider safety. The quality of other components was also disappointing. After only one month of commuting about 14 km/8.7 miles a day, the original rear tyre was completely worn out, and I suffered three punctures. I replaced it with a German-brand tyre, and since then I've had no punctures at all—the replacement tyre still looks almost new. To make matters worse, I tried contacting the seller, but they provided what appeared to be a questionable email address. I never received a reply. My insurance also refused to cover the damage because the bike was still within the manufacturer's warranty period, leaving me with a broken bike and no support from either the seller or the manufacturer. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. A bicycle's frame or fork should not fail after only eight months of normal commuting. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this bike.

I been riding this bike now for 1 week and Very good quality bike and solid..and battery 🔋 last quite long time if u keep pedal assist mid setting.....generally very happy .thanks

The box arrived with a couple of dings, but the bike was so well wrapped up that this had no effect. This is distinctly a bike that folds, and not a folding bike. So it's a bit on the heavy side, but still compacts down to not much bigger than an actual folding bike and you get all the benefits of riding a close to full-size bike. It's going to be a bit awkward to get it on the train as part of my commute, but I'm definitely going to see a speed boost and it was very reasonably priced.

Arrived on time really well wrapped in fact above and beyond packaging nothing left to chance works very well feels solid and well made instructions very good excellent value for money would thoroughly recommend

After using less then tow month the monitor control no working so I need to return

Bis jetzt Klasse, es ist eine Gewöhnungssache mit dem Rad zu fahren. Ohne treten ist es toll, aber ich Rate besonders älteren Menschen , den E -Modus nicht gleich einzuschalten, denn das Rad bekommt ordentlich Power, was an Kreuzungen sehr schlecht ist . Der Aufbau ging relativ einfach und es war sehr zeitig da, 8 Tage früher als angegeben. Ich empfehle es direkt weiter.

Ho regalato questa Bicicletta a mia mamma che vista l'età si stancava facilmente a pedalare; all'inizio mia mamma era un pò titubante sull'utilizzo, pensava che fosse difficile da usare, e invece ora la adora e riescie a spostarsi per tragitti più lunghi senza stancarsi grazie alla pedalata assistita (oppure si può correre anche senza pedalare grazie ad una leva che funge da acceleratore). La bicicletta é super accessoriata: computer, 5 velocità, porta cellulare, caricatore, farò led super luminoso. La consiglio.

Habe das E-bike einmal gefahren - vor dem 2.Mal (Tiefenentladung) Akku leer läßt sich nicht laden. Nach Hilfe aus dem Internet wieder hinbekommen! Ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes I-bikes und robust! Nachteil:Es ist etwas schwer.
