This shelf is reliable for the price. However, I don't recommend it to a toddler or curious kid because it is tempting to climb on it and it is not that sturdy. It is as described and I am satisfy with this product.

I was looking for a bookcase to go in my office area that matched my desk and had a simple style. I use it to house all of my craft boxes and organizers, some books, and my 12 x 12 scrapbooks.I had to look for a while to find a bookcase that had 12 1/2 inches of space between the shelves and was not too deep, to store my finished scrapbooks and my 12 x 12 paper. It works for 12 x 12 Bin organizers as well.It was very easy to put together, it did not require any tools at all, and it’s very sturdy. Took me about 20 minutes while watching a movie.The finish on it’s very nice and very pleased with the overall size. I’m thinking about buying another one.

I never leave reviews but I LOVE this bookshelf, easy to assemble, sturdy, just a great purchase.
