This sits on my desk for my work and personal phone. Works good and charges at a good speed. It could be a little sturdier but it’s okay for what I need it.

I purchased this for my parents, who had upgraded to USB-C phones and yet still had a lighting device, but all could wireless charge. It worked great, briefly, but eventually developed what is assumed to be an electrical fault. Mom contacted support and seriously got a runaround for weeks, where they kept asking for photo and video confirmation she wasn’t using it incorrectly. Amazing (bad). Eventually they did agree to replace the unit. The replacement has worked flawlessly since.

I use this in my office and it’s been a game changer. I have two phones for work, and this charger handles them like a pro. The magnetic hold is strong, charging is fast, and it looks sleek on my desk. It keeps everything in one place and reduces clutter, which I love. My only wish is that it tilted—it would be perfect for video calls or checking notifications without picking up the phone. Still, it works great as-is and I’d absolutely buy it again!

This is a high quality dual Magsafe-compatible charger, and a decent value for the price. There are a couple nifty little bonus features, such as three small lights that illuminate to inform you when a device is present on a particular pad and being charged. The only drawback is that occasionally one of those lights will remain on when the device is removed. Otherwise a strong recommend.

A great investment...charges two phones at a time, works like a champ.

Product did not work . contacted swanscout and they wanted videos and multiple pictures before they could troubleshoot the issue . Too much trouble for the price . Would not recommend .

This charger has a sleek, modern design that fits perfectly in both home and office settings. The magnets are impressively strong, and it delivers a solid charging speed under normal use. However, performance does dip noticeably when charging multiple phones at once. We've placed them in our conference rooms, and both employees and visitors really enjoy using them.

This dual charger was exactly what I needed for my wife and I to charge both of our phones when not in the bedroom (on our seperate chargers on our night stands). I placed this in our living room, and we can charge our phones at the same time, with the ease and convenience of magsafe and wireless charging. It charges quickly and the magsafe magnets are nice and strong. The only thing to make it better would be to add weight to the base so that it doesn't lift up while removing the phone. Quality and performance is excellent!

Good quality product, have been using for several months now and continues to work as described. Holds two phones and charges at a decent speed. Build does not feel super strong, but hasn't broke yet. Pieces are plastic, not metal. The magsafe feels strong and sturdy, so my phone does not fall off. The holders do not spin (I originally thought they would). Good product overall.
