This is a well-built phone support that holds my Iphone 16 Pro Max and Freewell case snugly. Easy to position and it works well with my tripod. My previous mount was too flimsy and this one is up to the task for travel and hiking. I thoroughly enjoy using Smallrig products as they are well made and budget friendly.

The latch system that holds the phone is every sturdy and easy to use. This part fits on the hand-held selfie stick and the heavy-weight tripod. I love the versatility. The rotating part (the part that flips the phone side-way and tilt it) is tight, so once the position is set, it won't get loosen due to the intensity of the motion.

Solid build, and works as needed. Attached to a cage, it is very secure

This is very well made phone holder for tripod. I was disappointed that it didn’t open far enough to hold my iPhone 17 pro max with case installed. It will work without the case though. It’s definitely a quality made piece just wished it opened a 1/4” to 3/8” more. Closed it right at 2” open to 3 7/16” fully open. It has rubber padding to protect the phone edges. Sturdy, reliable holder.. just not ideal for thicker phones This is a very well-made phone holder. The mount feels secure, installation is simple, and it does an excellent job keeping my phone steady, even on rough roads. The clamping arms feel durable, and the overall design gives confidence that it will last. The only downside is sizing. My Samsung S24 Ultra fits only if I remove the protective case, otherwise it’s too snug to lock in properly. That’s fine if you run your phone bareback or with a slim case, but anyone using a thicker case may want to size up. Overall, it’s a high-quality product that does its job well, but keep the fit limitation in mind if you’ve got one of the larger flagship phones.

Awesomely tough and metal, but light. Easy spring with a tight grip. I have mine bolted to my dashboard.

Perfect mount for my Canon camera. I use to record video and take photo at the same time. The ability to turn the phone mount vertical and horizontal is a plus.

It’s not magnetic, value for money it’s solid . It’s easy to use it rotating up and down and swivels holds the phone securely
