Not a fine, no smear pen.
The colors are beautiful and bright but it is NOT what I would consider “fine point”. Does takes a few seconds to dry will smear if you are not careful. In photo the pink is the purchase pen the dark red is a fine point gel pen that does dry quickly

They're basic pens with a variety of colors. They wrote nice and smooth too. The only thing I didn't like is they come with a little rubber nib over the point of each pen. It doesn't come off easily. I bought 2 packs of these pens, bright colors and the pastels. I spent too much time peeling them off. They didn't come off easily either. By the time I was done i had ink all on my finger tips.

Most favorite pen ever
Loddie Doddie are my hands down favorite pens ever. I’m a nurse and nursing student, pens matter. I prefer this brand over any other every single time. Even if I have to order my pens—-and yes I love them enough, I order my pens! They do t bleed thru but they have the dark sharpness of sharpie pens.
