Great product, well made which has helped with Plantar Fasciitis. Would recommend.

I bought this in the hope that it would help my plantar fasciitis and I’m pleased to say that it has. It is firm and slightly spiky but does not cause any discomfort and after sitting rolling my foot over it for approximately ten minutes it has brought me some pain relief. At this point I have only been using it for a few days I feel hopeful that it will bring me longer term relief. I would recommend this product.

I've been dealing with a sore foot for a while, and after hearing about the benefits of a foot roller, I decided to give this one a try. So far, it’s been doing exactly what I need. The design is simple but effective, and I love that it’s easy to use while sitting down or even watching TV. After using it for a few days, I’ve noticed some relief in the tension and pain in my foot. I especially appreciate how it targets the arches and the sides of my foot where I feel the most discomfort. Very well made piece of equipment

Wasn't convinced that this would give relief from foot pain but pleasantly surprised how effective it is for massaging. Looks like a toy my dog would chew so if you don't need it anymore it has a second function. It's durable, ease to use and fits perfectly under my foot. I use it on carpet and wear socks. Not to hard on the foot but use it moderately to avoid further pain.

Llevo meses con molestias en el arco del pie, especialmente al levantarme por la mañana. Ya sabes, ese dolor punzante típico de la fascitis plantar que te hace caminar como si pisaras cristales. Pues bien, después de leer mil recomendaciones, me animé a probar este masajeador de H&S… y oye, bendita la hora. Lo primero: es un aparato súper simple, sin cables ni historias, pero muy bien pensado. Tiene una forma contorneada que encaja justo donde más falta hace, y las bolitas/relieves que trae hacen una presión bastante intensa (pero de la buena, de esa que duele un poco pero alivia). Yo lo uso sobre todo: Por la mañana antes de ponerme a andar. Después de entrenar o de caminar mucho. Mientras veo la tele, porque no requiere ningún esfuerzo. Con unos 5–10 minutillos por pie, noto que se me relaja bastante la zona del arco, y algo que me ha sorprendido es que también me baja la tensión de los gemelos. Nunca pensé que un “rodillito” así pudiera hacer tanto, pero la verdad es que sí se nota. Otra cosa buena: es pequeño y ligero. Lo meto en la mochila del gym sin problema. Además, al ser de una sola pieza, da la sensación de que es resistente y durará mucho. ¿Pegas? Si eres de pies muy sensibles, al principio puede parecerte un poco duro. Yo los primeros días tenía que aflojar la presión porque apretaba demasiado. Pero en cuanto te acostumbras, te engancha. En resumen: Si tienes molestias en el arco, fascitis plantar o simplemente pasas muchas horas de pie, este cacharro es mano de santo. No hace milagros, pero ayuda un montón a descargar la zona y a empezar el día con menos dolor. Por el precio que tiene, me parece un acierto total. Lo volvería a comprar sin dudar.

Va premesso che certi oggetti possono portare dei benefici ad alcuni e ad altri no,quindi vanno lette con mente aperta.Personalmente mi aiutano a sciogliere un po la pianta del piede,lo uso sopratutto la sera prima di dover andare a fare una lunga camminata.Lo uso anche quando sento che una qualche parte della pianta del piede inizia ad essere un po indolenzita…non fa miracoli,ne risolve problemi particolari ai piedi,ma aiuta un po ad alleviare la stanchezza,le tensioni e i dolori alla pianta del piede,poi ci stà che a qualcuno aiuti a risolvere un qualche tipo di problema,ma non posso affermarlo.Sembra ben fatto e robusto.Ovviamente non bisogna montarci sopra con tutto il peso,ma con la giusta pressione,che consenta di fare un movimento avanti e indietro al piede e ci fa sentire che sta lavorando sulla parte interessata.
