No Flush. But That Means No HDL/LDL Regulation.
No flush, which is good. But after some research I found that these "no flush" niacin products do not offer the HDL/LDL regulatory benefits that the flush-prone niacin products offer. While this may be useful for metabolic health, it's important to note that this product doesn't provide cardiovascular benefits.
