Feeling the impact.

I have ordered these BCAAs from MP multiple times and always enjoy them. Whether it’s cutting out coffee a few days a week, or having during the afternoon when feeling tired after lunch, these BCAAs are a great way to recover, get a boost of energy, and focus.

Taste good and rather on the sweet side. I'm not sure whether I'm better off with or without.For now, no ill adverse effects and it seems to help ingest those tasteless supplements.one negative aspect is that there are fillers and additives in the mix. Perhaps will skip topping up and try something else.

Decent price, and best flavored BCAA I have found.

I am an active 60 year old that does a lot of weight and cardio exercises that include bodycombat, bodypump, zumba, uJam, trip spinning, and outdoor road cyclng. This BCAA formula helps me keep going and going.

I have used this for years. Some people say they don't like the taste but I love it. It also helps intake more water than just taking bcaas in pill form

The FRUIT PUNCH flavor is the worst. Read all the reviews and it is very obvious that this flavor for lack of better words sucks. The company should 86 this one. The flavor that is.I got this to help with my daily workout and walking routine and my recovery process. It has been great in that respect. I feel pretty good and I have ordered the unflavored one so I don’t have to suffer through the god awful icy sweet sucralose plus the nasty fruit punch. I add mind to a smoothie.I would prefer to see a product with real sugar verse something as icy sweet as sucralose. I mean a little sugar only adds a few calories and for those of us who prefer no artificial sugars this would be the ticket.

I use this as a pre-workout supplement. Works great.
