Effective and cheaper
It worked! My daughter absolutely hated wearing these but I couldn't find any other way to get her to stop sucking her fingers! The guards to stop her from sucking her fingers were expensive and this was a cost effective method. My daughter had a difficult time going to the bathroom or cuddling with her stuffy. I think because of that, she stopped sucking her fingers within three days of using these.

Works great for 18 month old
I believe this product is perfect for smaller children who don’t really understand what it is. My son is 18 months old and it works really great on him. It fits comfortably so he doesn’t complain about it at all. Just be mindful that your child may need help with certain things as they adjust to the arm brace. My son needed help climbing in the bed at first until he figured it out. He’s still figuring out that he can only eat with one hand but I’m helping him with that too. I’m hoping that consistency in using the product will help in the long run.

Thumb sucker
We had to get these so our son would stop sucking his thumb. It definitely does the job. He will only tolerate for an hour and then get frustrated that he can’t bend his arms.

Broken straps.
These work great however I have 3 stars cause the first time we put them on one strap broke off the second night one strap same place on the second one broke off to. I can still apply the straps but it’s hard to prevent them from getting lost when not in use since they are no longer connected to the wraps anymore.

Kids can easily take off - sizes are different
The two braces we got are very different in size. My daughter learned to take them off instantly - and is able to take them off when she’s half asleep in the middle of the night. We have exzema and it’s very itchy/irritable to her skin. This seemed like such a good option to help prevent nighttime subconscious thumb sucking but unfortunately it failed horribly. Update : if you did buy this, or are at your wits end… getting creative with the clear hockey tape that the players use to keep their hockey socks in place… seems to be doing the trick. Buy a three pack, stick with it and I’m hesitantly optimistic that this will do the trick.

Definitely for thumbsuckers!!!!
These braces are great! I gave birth to twins and one came out being a thumb/finger sucker from day one! But wouldn’t even take pacis. I put these on him for one night and could she a drastic change ! I highly recommend for naptime and bedtime!

Good for nail biting and nose picking too
We love these for my nose picker! Haha. We call them “elbow jail” and she gets elbow jails on for 5min every time she is caught picking. She can get them off herself, but she doesn't try to take them off. A toddler wouldn’t be able to remove.
