I've officially made it to bottle number five, which is probably the best review I can give. I've dealt with insomnia for years, and this is one of the few things that's been consistently reliable. About 30–45 minutes after taking it, I'm out like a light and sleeping like a kitten instead of staring at my ceiling wondering why I suddenly remember every embarrassing thing I've ever done. No weird taste, no issues taking it, and the bottle lasts a long time. At this point it's become a permanent resident in my nightstand. If you're struggling to fall asleep and your brain insists that 2 a.m. is the perfect time to replay your entire life story, this stuff is definitely worth trying.

These sleep aids are the best that I've tried, and are much less detrimental to your health than other sleeping aids. Most cheap sleep aids( Benadryl, ZzzQuil, most popular type of unisom, etc.), contain Diphenhydramine, which has been proven to contribute to early onset alzheimers. This one has a different active ingredient that works well. It keeps me asleep all 8 hours and does not make me draggy the next day. The price is also very competitive with how effective it is.

Works just like the brand name, last as long as i had always needed them to I sleep for at least 5 hrs and that is bcuz my alarm is going off. They don’t taste bad and they go down really easy with some water or whatever you take your meds with. Great product I have purchased this same brand for 2 years now and this is now my 8th time buying them, shipping is super fast and has never been damaged. I recommend this product to anyone that has insomnia or anxiety it works great especially if you can’t get a doctor to give you ambien.

I have been taking these for a while, and they work great for me. It may not work for everyone because of our chemicals inside our bodies. But try it and see if they work for you. Everyone is different, so I am happy they work for me. I have been suffering from a sleep disorder due to hypothyroidism. And you can subscribe to this on here, and they set it up for you to get these sent to you by weeks or months.

Great nights sleep I advise everyone to take these EARLY in the night and Make sure you have 8 hours of sleep! To prevent morning drowsiness If you take these and don’t get a LONG sleep you will be spaced out the next morning I alternate these with Benadryl every other night Take about 1 hour before bed and I sleep well! They knock you out I was able to get off AMBIEN for insomnia and these have been a GOD SEND

Works great! Much better value than the brand name for this medicine.
