Fantastic support in a wheelchair!
Fantastic support! Use it all the time with my Dad who weighs 275 lounds. This makes his wheelchair more comfortable to sit in.

Good for the ol' rump
This is actually second one I have got recently. They seem to be well made and durable. The first one I purchased to see if it would add some height to a low sitting cushioned chair. It worked really well. The foam is FIRM. Firm enough to not just flatten out. it will add some height. The second one was purchased for the same reason. My wife uses a similar chair to fix her hair. The chair sits low and makes it difficult to get up. She is getting up in the years. If Amazon doesn't get me first for disclosing her age, she will - so I will withhold that delicate piece of information. This added the needed height to make it easier for her to get up. I use the other to just add some additional height to the chair I use a lot. I just have longer legs. I don't have a tail bone issue, so I am not sure how well it helps those issues. With it having a firm foam, sitting for a while will still do a number on the 'ol rumpus though.

Very supportive
Shape retention is great. I've been using now for awhile and the firmness is still there. It supports my back for the 9 hours a day I work driving fork truck. It functions as it should. Best butt cushion I've owned, I've tried a few... It's the perfect size for a bigger guy. 6'1" 250lbs. Fast Shipping great product.

Well made but way too firm
The whole for tail bone is too narrow. This hurt sitting on it. Just wasn't for me.

Be sure and note the size. Way too big. This would fit a wide wheelchair seat. It is very sturdy & made well.

Makes sitting for long periods of time more comfortable.
Nice and big and spreads the pressure over you entire bottom area. One major little flaw is it should have waterfall style front rather than a very square, sharp feeling front edge.

Good quality
This cushion doesn't work for me because of its extreme contouring (I need a flatter cushion that doesn't lift my hip bones higher than my tail bone), but it might be very comfortable for others. It's well-made and stays put on a chair. I also like that you can unzip the cover and wash it.
