How many brackets come in each package for $9.95 ?

Just one customized bracelet. We do sell packs of non customized for $9.99, but customized is a time consuming process so most of the cost is in the labor.

Can I put a message on front and back?

I just did my message on the outside. Not sure if they do the inside too. It is a nice thick band. Not like the thin ones. Mine turned out very nice.
