The oil is fresh and very good quality, absorbs quickly and leaves the skin moisturized. I apply it on a wet face in the mornig.

The Right Stuff. The Real Thing.
This is the same kind of Jamaican Black Castor Oil that was applied to my hair growing up. Same scent, same consistency. Used under a steam cap, or overhead hair dryer for fast treatments, or just with a conditioning cap left on the head for hours of body heat, this was the castor oil used for deep conditioning to help fragile, damaged hair grow out strong and healthy. As I've aged, the chemicals in many of today's products have left my hair and scalp damaged, even the ones designed to repair. So I'm happy that in trying this brand's Jamaican Black Castor Oil, I've found the same good quality available decades ago.

A little disappointed
Nothing wrong with the oil, but the pump does not work. I need a new pump to give the 5th star.

I’d buy it again!
I really like the interesting fragrance. This oil isn’t too thick or thin and penetrates well when massaged into your skin. It leaves a lasting softness. A great value considering I got a 16 oz bottle.

Better than Expected!
Better than expected! I did some reading on this prdiuct and the product has not disappointed. It is thick and a little smelly but I am so impressed that these issues are not a problem at all, my skin is so much smoother so if you are a person of color you may want to change to this product!

Jamaica black castrol oil
Just got it and it is thick and difficult to rub in will add another oil it maybe that will help. But does anyone else think the smell is like a dirty ashtray. Not real pleasant. Have to use at night I guess.
