Unfortunately that is not the best material to make a holster from. It turns brittle after getting wet repeatedly, it has a tendency to pinch your skin and body hair resulting in pinches and pulls, and is uncomfortable against your skin.Neoprene on the other hand is soft against your skin which is why it is used in knee braces and back braces. Neoprene also is thicker and handles the weight of a gun very well. It provide more comfort and support resulting in a better product.Standard holsters require you to wear a belt which greatly reduces your choice of wardrobe. With the belly band holster you can wear sweat pants, gym shorts, loose fit jeans, under a dress, skirt, yoga pants, etc.Sizing: The belly band holster measures 5" wide x 54" long and will comfortably fit up to a 54" belly. To ensure a comfortable fit simply use a tape measure and measure around your belly button to ensure it is no more than 54".Holster Sizing: The surgical grade elastic holster is flexible and will fit just about any pistol you own up to a full size 1911. Small "pocket pistols" may sit deep in the holster, so if you intend on carrying a small pocket size pistol be sure that it is secure and that you can get your hand on it to draw.Don't miss out on your opportunity to own the ultimate belly band holster.Click Buy Now to order yours today! ## Features - XL Model Fits Up To 54" Belly - neoprene material stretches to fit up to a 54" belly. Would it be possible to lean over and have something just the right size press in and move the trigger?** A: I suppose anything is possible. The way the clasp that sits over trigger is constructed i dont have that concern. The strap its self is strechy material, but the clasp cover is rigid leather..(leather like?) It feels safe to me, and i tried, triplely sure, that i was unloaded, and made every possible move to see if that would happen. **Q: About how long do these holsers last?** A: Mine lasted the summer. Super comfortable but not a long term holster. **Q: What is the minimum size belly the XL will fit?** A: Hello Andrew,There is no "minimum" that it will fit technically. The entire outside of the band is the "loop" side of Velcro, so the end of the band with the "hook" side will grab anywhere on the band. Therefore, you could wrap this band around your arm if you wanted to. The only issue would be excess material from wrapping it. If you have under a 44" belly I would consider going with our standard size Ultimate Belly Band Holster and not get the XL. But the XL will fit as small as needed. But if you are in between sizes it would be best to go wih the XL to ensure a comfortable fit.Best,Joe CochranShopMor - ComfortTac **Q: Does this work with Glock 26?** A: Yes. The Glock 26 fits very well. ## Frequently Bought Together - Belly Band Holster for Men and Women - Gun Holster by ComfortTac, Fits Smith and Wesson, Shield, Glock 19, 17, 42, 43, P238, Ruger LCP, and Similar Guns for Most Pistols and Revolvers - Belly Band Holster for Men Women - Gun Holster for Comfortable Carry Fits Glock, Smith Wesson, Taurus, Ruger, and More-Breathable Neoprene Waistband Holster for Most Pistols and Revolvers - BRAVOBELT Belly Band Holster - by BRAVOBELT Athletic Performance Holster for Running, Jogging, Hiking - G17-43 S&W M&P 40 Shield | for Men & Women --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/619625635-comforttac-gun-holsters-for-concealed-carry-ultimate-belly-band-pistol](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/619625635-comforttac-gun-holsters-for-concealed-carry-ultimate-belly-band-pistol) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
