I normally don’t try supplements outside the basics that have a lot of science behind them, but I like pumpkin and pumpkin seeds, and it didn’t seem like something that could go very wrong easily, so I ordered these. They taste like Autumn, for better and worse. Initially, it’s a mix of flavors I associate with Autumn in a good way, and then there’s an aftertaste that’s less pleasant that I also associate with Autumn. As for benefits, I could find a lot of articles talking about how eating pumpkins and pumpkin seeds were incredibly beneficial to our health. I couldn’t find anything straight up saying, “Yes, the pumpkin seed extract is similarly beneficial!” I know there are people who would think this is obvious, but I’m scientifically-minded, and until there is research saying they are basically the same, I’m not comfortable assuming it outright. Even assuming the extract is just as good as the real thing, there’s still no guidelines for dosing either. For example, I have no idea how many pumpkin seeds a single gummy is supposed to represent. I also have no idea what a recommended quantity of pumpkin seeds would be in terms of nutritional benefit. On the other hand, I’ve never heard of someone overdosing on pumpkin seeds either, so there’s likely very little risk associated with taking the recommended two gummies daily. Still, this gummy is sugar-free, VERY low in sodium and carbs, and has a nice burst of flavor. I’m not worried about harm from it given pumpkin seeds are generally safe, so I’ll take it daily for a while and see how it goes.

My wife has been taking pumpkin seed oil gummies for years. The kind she was taking could not be found anymore, so she's been trying out different brands. Its been so hit and miss on flavor and texture. She just tried these and was pleasantly surprised. She said they were actually good and the texture wasnt weird. The price is also far better than other brands.

The potency for bladder is inadequate. I don’t need this for hair growing.Not effective.
