I absolutely love this product. I make a protein shake every morning and include two scoops of this. Best thing ever.

It works
This product does work. I personally have great results taking it every other day. I had trouble throwing it down with a glass of water so I mix it in food. I mix it with yogurt or cottage cheese. I have also sprinkled it on berries in the morning. I like the taste of it. So far it has not made me feel bloated or gassy like other fiber supplements.

Good for the body, but gross on the tongue.
After a week of drinking this stuff, I felt healthier and cleaner. The only issue I have is the taste. Oh my goodness, I have had to force myself to drink this. I felt like I was on an episode of Fear Factor. But besides the taste, the product has really helped me out.

Tastes like sawdust.
This stuff is horrible! It tastes like sawdust. It was a waste of money. It does not dissolve in water and almost made me gag. The smell is like dried grass. I can't believe other posts gave this such a positive review.
