1U 19 Inch Rack Bracket for Wall Mount Vertical Hanging Equipment

Finding an item like this was a nightmare.I have a 28U rack server, and needed to put in some UPSs. This meant I needed to make 2U space.I wanted to keep using the drawers I removed, but didn't want something else taking up floor space.Alternatives to these were more expensive, and probably offer more support (such as a "rear" bracket, or running the full length), but considering that one drawer is for stationary and the other a lightweight laptop, these do the trick remarkably well.There's a little sag towards the back, but that is expected really.My only advice, get a blanker to measure out the space between these, and mark the position carefully before drilling and screwing into place.They made my desk look remarkably nerdy (which I do like).

I purchased these to mount a power distribution unit to the underside of a desk.They are sturdy and do a good job of holding the PDU up.The only downside was they don’t come with any screws, luckily I had some that were ideal - but I suppose depending on what you’re attaching them to it’s probably best that you source your own suitable screws for the task.I ended up using some short length screws to ensure they did not protrude through the desk surface, but I also needed some washers as the holes in the brackets are quite big.Overall I am very pleased with this product and would recommend them if you are looking for a relatively inexpensive way to mount an item designed for a rack/cage.

i originally purchased these to wall mount a patchbay another use i thought up was undershelf mounting i.e turntables shelf which then enables vertical mounting perfect for downward facing pro rackmount lighting exceellent

The item was easy to used supported an attached small rack easily.

Great, robust brackets, but a slightly awkward fit when mounting the module

Used these to great effect mounting a channel strip on the underside of my kitchen breakfast bar to do recordings on the ipad. Fitted perfectly, though there's no screws included. I used flanged, self tapping (mushroom screws) 4.8mm x 19mm. Also requires the standard rack fittings / screws. Holding solid. Cheapest solution I found, rather than buy the single bracket for £30.
