I used these as postpartum undies and they worked amazingly! They're very absorbent but you can still stick a pad inside them so that you're not just free bleeding. The underwear was soft and breathable and was easy to move around in without feeling like anything down below was slipping. I didn't have a single leak in them and used them frequently. I'm definitely keeping these for when my period shows back up again because they are perfect for sleeping at night without having to worry about a leak or wearing a tampon. Definitely a win!

I really like these Hanes period underwear! They’re soft, comfortable, and feel just like regular underwear without being bulky. I especially like wearing them for extra protection on heavier days or overnight because they give me a little more peace of mind. They fit comfortably and have held up well after washing. Definitely a nice option to keep in my rotation! 💕

These are not the same as the super expensive period panties. If that is what you expect for half the costs, you're expectations are unreasonable. That said--I love these! I have mild bladder leakage and when it's super hot I constantly worry about those stick on panty liners coming off once you get hot and sweaty, especially when you have a dress on! I wear these with my dresses and I feel totally at ease. Absorbent, no odors and comfy. Are they going to hold a full bladder gush? Probably not but for day to day dribbles and leaks, they're perfect. I'm 210lbs with thunder thighs. Fit was fine with an XXL. Only downside is placement of the seams over your butt cheeks. If you have on thin or tight pants they may be visible.

I have tried nearly every brand of period boxer briefs on the market, and I’ve been consistently disappointed—until now. Since getting a copper IUD, my period has been heavier, and I needed extra protection for overnight wear without waking up to a mess. I was looking for breathable cotton fabric, real absorbency, and, most importantly, a design that didn’t feel like I was wearing a diaper. I actually found a brand that I loved—unfortunately, it was very expensive, and they later discontinued it. After that, I tried to find an alternative and purchased a different brand that frequently appears as the top search result for cotton period boxer briefs on Amazon (the brand starts with a G). I was incredibly disappointed—the boxers were flimsy, the sizing was inconsistent, and they felt and looked awkward to wear. After trying multiple brands that left me frustrated, I stumbled upon these Hanes briefs. At just $15 for TWO pairs, I was skeptical—most period underwear costs well over $20 per pair. However, I was pleasantly surprised when these arrived in the mail and I tried them on. Not only did they fit perfectly, but when I slept in them that night, I had no issues and no mess to wake up to. I will attach a photo for reference, as I know when I was looking at reviews, it was helpful to see what they looked like and hear other people’s detailed feedback. Fit & Comfort I normally fall between a small and a medium but opted for small since the shipping time was faster. I’m so glad I did! The fit is perfect- snug but not restrictive, with enough stretch to accommodate different body types. If you’re between sizes, you likely can’t go wrong either way. I wouldn’t say these necessarily run small, but their stretchiness makes them forgiving. I’ve already ordered a medium and will update on how those fit when I receive them in the mail. **I received the medium, and decided I prefer the fit of the small. I still wear & feel comfortable in the medium- and definitely not too big. However, in terms of boxer briefs for leakage, I feel most secure and prefer a snug *but comfortable* fit.

I was very excited for these as i got them on discount and I have always wanted to try period underwear. I love how high waisted they are and the fit makes me feel snug and secure. The thing I think needs improvement are the lining and the waistband. The lining ends at a weird place, so you have to sit on a thick horizontal stitch... not ideal. i wish the lining went all the way up to the waistband or at least higher than my butt crack and that the waist band would be thicker like a men's boxers. otherwise pretty decent but I do see myself investing in a another pair with those specs in the future.

Great for heavy days. Works really well. Hard to conceal under tighter clothing but throw on shorts and a dress and it’s such peace of mind. Minimal leakage.

I love hanes, so I was a bit disappointed with these when i tried them. Size and fit where comfy as always. The absorption area was definitely thick enough and comfy which was very nice. Feltvnice and dry when not moving around to much. But the absorption area wasn't nearly long enough in front or back. I did leak on to my bedding not because of not enough absorption but just coverage. I had rolled on to my back while sleeping. If you know you know. I tried them again 2nd night and i was slightly sleeping more on my stomach this time the leak wasn't as bad but wouldn't have happen if there was more absorption area. I was recently diagnosed with pcos and excessively bleeding. I was worried about smell. There was nothing in fact it was way better than any tampons or disposable pad, so far ive tried them all. definitely a good starting place. I mean I was literally going through a ultra tampon with an overnight pad in like 2 to 3 hrs. I have 12 hour shifts at work. You do the math. In addition to all of that, I was sleeping in depends and on a on a incontenince mat. Yes I did go to er twice for amount of bleeding I still have to put up with it till my surgery but dam,!! Maybe I'll try sizing up or something or ill try different version of these before giving up on hanes. Kind of dispapointed though. Fabric was soft and nice just wish maybe the absorption went all the way up back and more in front.

Made it through a 6 hour flight on a heavy period day with no leaks. Also wanted to wear these overnight as additional leak protection. They aren't bulky, have good odor control and wash well. I'm giving 4 stars because the fit isn't great-for my shape. I felt the waist was too loose, but the legs are too tight and cut into my thighs. I'm 5'6" size 14 and got extra large. I will continue to wear these as an overnight to avoid leaks; however, I find them very uncomfortable in the legs and wouldn't be able to wear them all day.

En las imágenes parece que el absorbente llega hasta la parte de atrás del panel del bóxer y no es así. El panel de absorción es angosto y corto. Por el tipo de tela es necesario hacer un size down por que es un tipo de algodón muy elástico y se va holgar durante el día. Los clásicos panty son muchísimo mejor y en los paquetes vienen 3 piezas. Este solo tiene dos. Iba a dejar 3 estrellas, pero luego el sistema no posiciona la opinión a la vista.

I’m going to buy this again. I love that the waistband does not dig in and that the legs are soft, but feel secure. It’s thin, cotton material (except for the ‘pad’ part; idk what material that is) so it’s good for night time if you get hot. I am a size 14-16 women’s pants, men’s 36 pants, and my hips are around 46inches around the fullest part. Fit like a dream. Stopped all leaks at night, and I even wear them during the day for comfort. I wear them alone. And I have had no leaks. Generally, I wear an OB super tampon. This is fast absorbing, and I don’t feel like I’m wearing a period product. For laundry, I rinse them with water while I shower. Then I wring them out, and put them in the washing machine with similar colours. I wash them twice most times (2cycles), then I machine dry on high setting.

Compré la marca por segunda vez, la primera fue los de flujo ligero que tienen un puente mas ancho para recibir el fluido pero sin tanta capa. Estos prometían mas seguridad y absorción pero el puente es super angosto y causa fugas :/

2 pairs of period boxers on sale for $22 - steal of a deal if you ask me. I washed and hung to dry, have not worn yet. First impressions are that I think they will do the job. A few reviews I read were not impressed with the diaper like thickness front to back. But this is the material that collects your period. So I am not sure how Hanes can work around that. I think the placement of this thicker material covers a wide area and will collect periods with less chance of leakage, which is why I bought these. I was also going to wear these under dresses on hot summer days for sweatiness down there. I will update my review after doing a few wear tests. Oh and I sized up, which I recommend.
