Really helped my daughter - learning difficulties makes her diet poor and these have stopped her having problems. They taste nice and are easy to take there is no issue getting her to take them, unlike pills and drinks

These taste really nice and have a great texture. Unlike a lot of gummies they don't get stuck in your teeth either.I can't necessarily comment on the medical necessity or whether they are giving me the correct levels of each vitamin, but I was advised to eat more fibre and they seem to be doing the trick!They feel like good value for money and have a good number in there, and I view them as high quality gummies in general. I don't feel like they're too big or bulky and actually quite enjoy eating them.

Quite sticky to chew can’t say there is much flavour which is good though others say they dislike the strong flavour. Seem to work well for my digestionI only take one a day then alternate with two certainly wouldn’t need 3 so they do work out good value

Very happy with these. Only taken 2 a day so far and they have sorted out my tummy. They taste quite nice and easy to chew.

Didn’t do anything for me. Not worth it if looking to add fibre in a meaningful way due to wanting to aid stools. The texture and taste are good, it’s a shame there’s no benefit, not for myself anyway.
