I imagine that the nootropics like Ashwagandha contribute to calming and maintaining that focus. I didn't have any problems sleeping after taking 2 of these in the morning. It kept my motivation and energy high, and I was able to complete a number of personal, school, and professional projects this month while taking the pills. I'd recommend it generally and for those who have projects to complete.

These did absolutely nothing for me. How do so many people say they get so much energy and then you buy them and not even be able to tell you took it. I wouldn't recommend save your money. Apparently your review can only say what Amazon approves of even though I didn’t say anything bad. We will see if this meets with their approval.

I drive everyday about 300 or more miles for work. I must be alert for this job. These pills take me from endless yawning to normal. No jitters, no feeling of anything abnormal… just awake and ready for work. There is no increased in mental ability… there is no increase in physical ability. I do suspect their claims of 400mg of caffeine maybe exaggerated as it always takes 2 pills (equivalent to 7.5 cups of coffee) to wake me up. I have the same effect when I drink an ice coffee from the Kwik Trip gas station. I wish there were some way to verify the caffeine level claim in this product. I any case. It works and works well. I subscribed to keep a supply with me at all times.

These pills do what they say that they are going to do a, great stimulant.The reason why they only got three stars was.Yes, they do what they supposed to do. But the crash, it's so intense. You you immediately feel tired sleepy almost lethargic if you take these early morning by midday you are crashing It is not moderate. That's the only thing I don't like about it maybe if they came up with a time. Release capsule.

It's good, it works, but for me to feel the effect of caffeine I need to take two. Therefore I don't think they're being completely honest about the amount of caffeine in one capsule. Which, BTW, makes me question about the amounts of the other ingredients. But I still like it, hence the four stars.

David work very well they're very effective and you can feel it same day. Now for me I just take one because one is enough to do me I'm afraid if I took two then I might be up all night long. But now they are they're effective and they're worth the price I'm trying to substitute something else and these are very very good I like them and I like the price of them.
