this product is edible but it is more like wet gummy bears than noodles in consistency. I did eat them but they did need rinsing and drying before eating. They did not soak up flavor from sauces and kind of stayed slippery and distinct but they were filling and did not get hung up in digestion...so they could be considered an expensive sort of low calorie filler but are not really ideal food as a stand alone. I would consider it again for weigh loss only but not great on their own. Rice texture probably the best cause they can be swallowed as is more or less in a soup or other dish where it just blends in.

After following the instruction on the packet, and draining the angle hair, then soaking it in hot water, i was left with 2 tablespoons of mush from a full packet. not a meal, but a waste of money. Really regret that i bought a 6 pack of this worthless crap. go with another brand.

I didn't realize there was so much prep. I thought I could just put it in a bowl and heat it up.

I found them to be delicious.

Not bad for the low calories, bit take a little getting used to. Don't skip the part of the directions where it says to dry them with a paper toewl after rinsed. I just drained them thinking it would be the same and it made my peanut sauce watery.

Although the taste was fine, the unexpected consistency made the experience unpleasant. I won't be ordering this brand again and will wait until I can find the other brands I prefer at the big box member's only store where I usually get them.

Don't buy this and give a bad review thinking it's going to taste like the real deal - noodles, ramen noodles, pasta whatever! This is a DIET noodle and it's going to taste like nothing, like DIET. If you've never had these types of noodles before made from konjac, you will either like it or not. But if you're on a diet, on keto, on paleo etch, then that's probably why you're here, considering eating something like this. Konjac is a plant that when eaten is very low in calories, and carbs. You have a fix for noodles? Well this is the best alternative that is out there. I've had other brands of konjac noodles and they were so terrible that I couldn't go back to eating them and that was mainly because of the earthy fishy smell due to the fibers. But I'm so happy to find that this brand of noodles has almost no smell whatsoever as it's pre-cooked. If you bring it up all the way to your nose, you'd probably smell a little bit of it. But believe me, it's so mild compared to other brands I've tried. It looks to be well packaged because it looked and tasted very fresh. I followed the instructions and used the noodles for eating soup. The konjac has no flavors of its own. It's going to taste like nothing at all like water I would say so when eaten with my spicy soup, it paired really well adding flavor to the bland noodles. It's a chewy texture to the point that it's hard for me to pretty much well.. chew. So I cut it up with scissors and it makes it easier to chew and digest. At the local Asian markets, a bag of this goes for around $3 so these seem to be a good price especially with the quality of the package. I would no doubt purchase this brand of konjac noodles again.
