Early days yet. Have only been taking it for 2 weeks and that’s over Christmas and New Year! No noticeable effects yet but will stick with it. Wish it was less sweet as it is a little bit of a challenge to finish it but I have never liked sweet drinks.

Llevo ya casi un mes usándolo y no he notado ningún efecto. Sigo teniendo los mismos cambios de humor, sofocos e hinchazón. Lo único positivo es su sabor. No creo que vuelva a comprarlo ya que no cumplido mis expectativas.
