“I’ve been using this pre-workout for my gym sessions and the results are impressive. It gives a strong energy boost, improves focus, and helps me push harder during workouts without feeling heavy. The ‘Sex On the Beach’ flavour tastes really good and mixes easily with water. I also noticed better stamina and workout intensity after regular use. Great value with 60 servings and definitely one of the better pre-workouts I’ve tried. Highly recommended for fitness lovers!”

I usually don’t write product reviews, but this experience really disappointed me. I kept my pre-workout for around 2 months, and when I checked it again, it had become completely hard like a stone. I didn’t expect this to happen in such a short time. Really disappointed with the product quality. The company should look into this issue because customers expect the product to remain usable when stored properly.

Big Muscles Karnage (Sex on the Beach) pre-workout that gives strong energy, sharp focus, and great pumps. I’ve used it for 7–8 months and it still works consistently without any crash or side effects. The “Sex on the Beach” flavour tastes really good and mixes well. Overall, one of the best value-for-money pre-workouts in India.

Best product in this segment gives good pump during session and feels energetic through the workout superbbbb

I’ve been using Big Muscle Nutrition Karnage Pre-Workout for a few weeks now, and it’s hands down one of the most effective pre-workouts I’ve tried. From the very first scoop, the energy boost was clean and intense without any jitters or crash afterward. It kicks in quickly—about 20 minutes before my workout—and keeps me going strong throughout even the most grueling sessions. The pump and focus are incredible. It really helps in pushing through plateaus and maintaining intensity during sets. I also appreciate that it doesn’t overload on caffeine but still provides enough to get you in the zone. The taste is surprisingly good (I tried the Blue Raspberry flavor), and it mixes easily without any residue or clumps. No bloating or upset stomach either, which is a big plus. If you’re serious about your workouts and want something that actually performs, Karnage is worth it. Great value, great results. Will definitely buy again!
