Works well for me. I was D deficient last year and wanted to swallow fewer supplements. I can tell the days I forgot to wear one. No issues with sticking it to my torso

I can't comment if they work as I haven't been able to actually keep one on,I've tried various places but no luck.

I constantly need Vit d and I'm always looking for ways to incporate it because I do somethings forget to take it But These stickers sound great as an idea. And I would have loved the concept. But maybe the dosage isn't high enuhg for me or the don't work as well - there's really no way of knowing if anything happened. I stopped my usual Vit d dose to see if these affected me and I became sluggish, and my mood dropped so I would assume they're not as good or strong as my tablets. Maybe if you only need to supplement small doses this would be good? as far as the actual tape goes - I stuck them to the inside of my arm - where the skin is thin - I have no idea if that makes a difference or not. usually overnight so my t shirt wouldn't rub on the plaster so much. But yeah the ends often came off - no matter how much I dried the area and cleaned it . It also doesnt say what the plaster is made of - I had slight itching (I am allergic to standard plasters) but nothing major.

To be clear this is a 30 patch pack that can be used daly making this a month’s supply. I find a it a bit cheeky that they suggest you can use these patches once a week making this a 7 month supply. These patches do not contain considerably higher dose compared to daily tablets. For example 4000 iu daily tablet vs the 5500 iu per patch for vitamin D3. Onto the item itself. The packaging is neat the sheets are in a sealed plastic pouch. The patches themselves are small 3cm x 3cm as stated in the listing. They’re easy to peel off and apply. The patch itself is a fabric material, as such it is stretchy and can be hardly felt while wearing it on moving. On the back of the package it states these patches should be worm for at least 8 hours but not more than 24. I have no way to tell if these patches do indeed contain the stated amounts of Vitamin D3, K2 Calcium or Magnesium. I’ve taken these supplements for a while and it’s hard to tell if you can feel the effect. A lot of the supplements I take are for health and longevity not to “feel” better. The price might be a little higher than if you were to buy tablet version of these supplements however for the ease of slapping a patch on the arm then it could be worth the slightly higher price point.

The patches are fine and peel easily off the plastic and the skin. My issue is with the lack of information on the package. There are no addresses, of the company themselves nor the manufacturer. Nothing listing what the adhesives or patches are made from, etc. The manufacture date is either in an American format, or were made in the future, as the date is 03/08/2024.

PACKAGING: Colour marketing cardboard flat pack with a flip lid PRODUCT: Topical patch: Vitamin D3 + K2 + Calcium - 30 patches FUNCTION: These come in a nice rigid cardboard sleeve, similar to what a CD used to come in and about the same size. The pack is sealed with tape for security and hygiene. On the reverse are directions for use and the ingredients per patch. The expiry date for my pack was - 03/07/2026. Once open inside the cardboard sleeve is a feedback request card from the manufacturer with a QR code for convenience. The patches are sealed in a clear plastic bag that needs to be ripped open. Inside there are 6 patches per sheet. The patches are 3cm square and have an adhesive back. I have not seen this type of thing in the form of a patch before. However, my mother used to use morphine patches to manage her pain, and they worked for her. I take a variety of vitamins and supplements and I fill one of those pill organisers weekly, which is a pain. Plus, I hate taking tablets. So having a patch alternative is a real bonus, plus the dosage is slow release which is an added benefit. It is too soon to tell whether these are effective, but they are easy to use, and are simple to store in their cardboard sleeves. Just remember you need to have it on for at least 8 hours, but no more than 24 hours. I have an alert set on my phone as I would certainly forget. At the time of this review a pack of 30 patches (one month supply if used daily) costs £9.99 with a 10% voucher, making it about £9. It is difficult to accurately compare this to the tablets, as they vary so much in price and dosage, however, the patches do seem to be more expensive.
