Reishi mushrooms are supposed to have many health benefits, but I’ve not tried them until now. Rather than a powder, this is a capsule supplement, which is arguably easier to take. The capsules are ‘normal’ sized and are very easy to swallow. Oddly for a mushroom supplement, there is no smell to them, and no taste or aftertaste. The label suggests that 2 capsules are a serving so this bottle should last 90 days, or 45 days for two people, making them pretty good value. So far we’re both feeling good and no negative reactions at all.

These definitely pack a punch - 700mg per caps. The suggested dosage would be x2 caps per day but I'm starting with one. As with anything, takes a bit of tweaking to get the optimal dosage. An all round excellent supplement, vegetarian, gluten Free, vegan

Fairly large but easy to swallow capsules with no unpleasant after taste. These are quite high strength compared to some. 3 months supply of the recommended daily dose of 2 capsules per day with over a year of shelf life so, plenty time to finish the bottle.

Had trouble concentrating and find my focus. I tried multiple things to no avail, especially because most alternatives are also stimulants, and I just can't have those. This is the third box I buy and I just can't live without them at this point.

Gestern angekommen und direkt eine Kapsel genommen. Nach ca 3 Stunden merkte ich schon ein Art von Entspannung und ein positiveres Denken. Hab zur Zeit Stress und fühlte mich nach dieser kurzen Zeit schon viel besser und habe traumhaft geschlafen. Bin sehr sensibel und merke sofort, ob etwas anschlägt oder nicht. Ich freue mich, super Produkt.
