Really helps me relax and get to sleep (and back to sleep)!
I take 2 droppers full every night before bed and it really helps relax me so I can fall asleep. I usually wake up at 4 or 5 AM with busy thoughts about all I have to do that day, so I take another dropper full and that helps me relax and fall back asleep until about 6:30 when I get up. If you have trouble with anxious thoughts or just not sleeping, I highly recommend trying this. I have it on auto order and wouldn’t be without it.

Great Taste & Helps Focus
I’m actually impressed with bottle of vitamins. It’s great tasting, no funny aftertaste (and I’m extremely picky). I feel like it provides some mental clarity in the mornings after using this for a few months. The quality is top notch and a great price for the bottle I definitely recommend

There’s variability between products. Works great for sleep and relaxation
I’ve been using this product for many months now probably on my 4th or 5th refil and I really like it BUT product quality has become increasingly concerning. Every single bottle has taste completely different the most recent order that I received yesterday taste rancid I can’t tell if it’s just because of natural ingredients and variation but I’m a little nervous to continue the use of this one I just received. Otherwise a great product and had improved my sleep tremendously

Life saver
I have been having a hard time sleeping due to hot flashes and this stuff has definitely helped , I am on my 2 nd bottle. It tastes great and you don’t need much at all. Definitely worth the money
