Was compatible with my Garmin
Screws that came with the unit were useless. I used zip ties to mount the unit on the plate. Otherwise the unit itself is great and works as described.

Cheap junk
It doesn't fit right (too tight). I bought it to mount my fish finder to a boat tote for portability. It lasted one day. The second morning of our trip my screen was laying face down and the release tab was cracked. The stock has lasted 4 years of abuse mounted to the pedal drive of my kayak. Buy the brand name one, it's worth it.
