Simple to put together, beautiful chair at the right price! Came early!
I am generally not a do-it-your-selfer, but from everything I read, this is easy to put together, and ALAS, IT WAS. It took me a few minutes to figure out the wiring, but I got that straight. It's such a nice looking chair, and is WAY better than my old, cheap "recliner" that I could not get in and out of easily, and need to put a cinderblock underneath the footrest other wise it would not go all the way back. I am so happy with this items.

worth it
got this for my husbands birthday to replace his old busted one that’s way worn out and it’s a hit! he LOVES this chair. we got the faux leather, it’s smooth and easy on skin (sits in it shirtless sometimes.) not like peeling yourself off of the seats in the car in summer. took less than 10 min to put together & was very easy. its definitely worth the price and it is so plush and comfortable. all the mechanisms work perfectly! way better than expected! we shopped around at local furniture stores and none of them were this cozy. on top of great quality - customer service was really great and gave me a very fast, helpful response! as i read in other reviews, it did arrive in 2 separate boxes, one on the 5th and one on the 6th which was no problem since i took that into consideration when placing the order - these dates were still early. the first one arrived and i was looking around the emails and on amazon for the tracking # for the second box so we could be around for delivery but couldn’t find it since it was just marked as delivered on my end - so i reached out and was given one within 2 hours of reaching out! def consider it as an option when shopping around

Buyer Beware
1st day the left arm is about to fall off The leg doesn't seem to go up all the way my Legs point more down than up Uncomfortable And my back hurts sitting in this chair I would have sent it back but destroyed the box It came in I don't know about the other chairs but this one is terrible would not buy it by everywhere you get what you paid for

Good for the price.
Once I finally got both boxes delivered, it was pretty easy to put together. It’s smaller/ shorter than I thought but it’s a good chair for the price. Husband had hip replace surgery and this is the perfect chair for it. There was some confusion during delivery that was frustrating, and Amazon was no help in finding out where my 2nd box was. Do better Amazon! I ended up calling the number on the first box and they were very helpful!!

Great piece of equipment for the money
We went to several furniture stores including some that had a large percent off sale going on and simply because they are a lift chair and they are for the elderly or the disabled they think they can get big bucks apparently because for the same chair that the furniture store wanted $780 for and would not finance, we got this chair for about 1/3 of the cost it works just as well if not better and it has a massage feature and a heating feature that the one at the furniture store did not have I would recommend this to anybody my mother loves it

Good Mechanics, Disappointing Upholstery
I've used this chair for six months. It is comfortable and attractive. The reclining mechanism has worked faultlessly. My disappointment is with the leather upholstery. In one area, cracks have developed in the leather, and along the footrest a bad sewing job has allowed a seam to pull apart. I have attempted to repair these in an effort to prevent further deterioration. The assembly process is super easy, but the clip-together design is not tight, and the arms will disengage easily. Finally, the tray table is useless; fortunately, it is easily removed.

GREAT QUALITY WELL MADE QUIET
Do not hesitate. This is a VERY durable and well made chair. I was really surprised at the quality for such an incredible price. The motor is quiet and smooth. The chair is super supportive. I purchased for my mom who is 230 lbs and has lost some mobility at the nursing facility. The medium fits her perfectly and comfortably. I can also recline and take a nap and just relax while I’m visiting her. Trust me, you can’t go wrong with this one. Oh it’s super easy to set up. Arrives in two easy to manage boxes with simple instructions. Again, I don’t leave many reviews but i was intentional about leaving this one. Good companies deserve positive feedback. INCREDIBLE VALUE!
