Really good...and tastes neutral and fulfilling

This rice cauliflower does have a really nice texture and rice type consistency. It is very, very bland on its own, so I definitely recommend adding it to your recipes as a rice replacement, or serving with seasoning and sauce to spice it up. By itself, it has almost no flavor. It is very easy to cook, and there are multiple options for how you heat it up, but it’s quick and simple.

Quite often, fresh vegetables' destiny is to sit for days inside a refrigerator. If not used in time, they must be disposed of which is a waste of money. Poshi may well have hit the nail in the head providing vegetables that do not degrade or decompose. According to Poshi, their vegetables inside a pouch arrive in perfect condition. Since their vegetables come in 7 or 4.4 ounce pouches, the chances for lefter overs is reduced quite significantly. Great! What I would very much want is for Poshi to be specific as to how nutritious are the vegetables that arrive inside a pouch. "Oh... Yes! They are nutritious!" is not enough. I want to see 'Qualitative & Quantitative' lab analysis performed by an American Lab telling me about nutritious values of Poshi Vegetables. It may not be necessary to see such analysis from all vegetables offered, but at least analysis of a few of them telling us what exactly do we put in our mouths.

The product was sour. I don’t think it was fresh or good at all. Definitely would not buy again.

I loved another brand of riced cauliflower, but decided to try this one and love it even more! It is a great substitute for regular rice, a good way to add something nutritional to so many things, is easy to store since it takes up a lot less room than does the frozen product or fresh, there is no mess as would be if using a fresh head of cauliflower, can be added to a recipe at the last minute - in other words, it is just wonderfully convenient.
