This cream is amazing. After suffering rough dry, flaky skin for many years (I’m in my seventies now) I discovered this. My skin is now soft and no longer itchy. No more ‘snow flakes’ when I take off my clothes. I can’t recommend it highly enough. It doesn’t make your skin feel greasy, just refreshed and comfortable.

I bought this 350g tub on 13th February, and after just over a week of use, I can already see a huge difference. I’ve struggled with severely dry, cracked heels for a while, and this 40% urea formula is far more effective than standard high-street lotions. The cream has a thick, rich texture but surprisingly absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy or sticky residue. I’ve been applying it daily before bed, and my skin feels significantly softer and more hydrated by morning. It’s also quite versatile; I’ve used it on rough elbows and knees with great results. The 350g size is very generous and feels like it will last a long time, making it an excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone who needs serious foot repair!

Only four stars because I haven’t been using it for very long. I’m pretty impressed with this I’ll be honest. My feet have been getting very dry and sore recently so I ordered this. After the first use I noticed softer and cooler feet. I’ve only used it a handful of times so far but it’s doing a really great job. It’s not greasy at all, it’s a lovely thick creamy consistency that doesn’t leave you feeling all sticky. I can’t comment in “drying time” as I like to soak them in cotton socks for maximum hydration. It comes with a little spatula to scoop up the right amount of cream, making it easier to know how much to use.

I’m not one for writing a review, but felt I had to with this 40% UREA Cream as I’m blown away at how good it is. I have used many different types of foot and hand cream over the years and yes they do work at first then you start to see actually they are making no difference at all. With this in mind why did I try UREA well I read the reviews and thought way not try another product that probably won’t work. I have been using UREA for 3 months now at first every evening on feet and hands as both are extremely very dry, then I forget a couple of night to apply and noticed I didn’t forget I didn’t need to as both my hands and feet were feeling very hydrated and smooth. So now only need to use every 3 to 5 days and only need a small amount as goes a long way. Best product I have ever brought and used highly recommend.

I think it's just ok. It's definitely done something to help my dry, cracked feet but that could be me just moisturising them regularly. There's no brand or ingredients list on the pot label, and the ingredients on the product listing description doesn't include urea, which makes me think this is just some generic moisturiser. It's not as thick as I thought it would be, dried down nicely and wasn't greasy but I won't be buying again.

You know all the posh hand cream’s sold elsewhere. The ones that cost a lot of money in a small tub? Well, this is not expensive and there is loads in this tub and it is one of the best, if not the best hand creams I have ever used.

Wow what a cream I suffer with very dry skin on my feet especially on my toes I have been using cereve cream which I thought was good but wow when I tried this cream what a difference my feet felt so moisturised and did not need doing the next day and also it softened my hard skin on the bottoms of my feet too. Would highly recommend this cream for any dry skin I shall be using this from now on.

This cream is magic. My feet never looked better and that only after 2 uses. The package is quite small so its an expensive cream. But definitely worth it.
