I thought it was my imagination, that I wasn't really breathing better, but after it continued a few days I had to believe it. My lungs feel like they're filling with more air and it's easier to inhale. Just a note: friends of mine have begun using their salt inhalelrs and have had great results also. A husband of one is getting his voice back after years of asthma inhalers and is feeling better with his salt inhaler. This travel size is perfect for my hands with twisted knuckles and bad grip, it's lightweight and very easy to use.
