Works well and reflects light well. Privacy is kept during the day.

Took ages to get it to stick in the first place, kept peeling around the edges... got home later on to find it like this! Absolutely useless!

I ordered three of these strips, the two large ones went up great but the smaller one was damaged during delivery (I think) so didn’t stay up. Company wanted me to return but kindly offered refund once they understood the situation. Large strips look good and very easy to put up. Be sure to follow instructions: you’ll need soapy water (ideally in a spray) and a clean cloth.

I’m a teacher and I got this product for my classroom at school. My classroom has very large windows which open very badly and don’t allow very much or draft into the room in the hot summer months. My classroom is facing with no obstructions so it becomes unbearably hot late morning and afternoons in the summer. I’m stuck in an awful situation where if I open the blinds more comes in through the windows with the blinds shut you get no breeze through the window. This is the answer to all of my students prayers put this on the window means that I can have the blinds open and the sun glare is dramatically reduced and shade is introduced to the room. This means I can have the window open and we can get fresh air and a breeze into the classroom. Installing this is a little bit of a knack to start with, but it’s quite easy once you get into it. As mine was my classroom, my home my attempts to installing were not particularly careful hence no photos! I love that this comes with everything that you need to install a case of spray in the window in the film over and use the little tool that’s included to get any bubbles out of it. Didn’t think this was particularly when I looked originally, but actually it is amazing value for money for the quality that you got and the effect that it has.

I got caught out with the measurements. It was too small for what I wanted to use it for. Quality isn't great as well. The adhesion is not strong. Installation is a bit cumbersome. I wasn't sure how much fluid it needed to stick on.

First I'll say that this does what it's meant to and it does it well. If you want a privacy film on your windows for whatever reason this will certainly give you that level of privacy. Personally I don't like people to be able to look into my home, but I do like to be able to look out! So it's good for that. What I will say - and I haven't dropped any stars because this is now about how the product actually functions - is that it's a bit fiddly and messy to fit. I might just be clumsy and you might find it easy, but I'd suggest taking your time and be ready to do a bit of clean up after (or be more careful than I was, I suppose). It's too early to say how well it will stay in place with repeated exposure to the sun etc., but I have confidence it will be fairly robust. For anyone as privacy oriented as I like to be inside the home, I think this is a good product. You just have to make sure the width is suitable for your particular windows. For mine there is the tiniest gap on each side - not enough for anyone to see in, but it's there and I notice it. Not a problem, but just be aware of that.
