Great value for money, cheaper than buying disposable pads/pants weekly, they also contain a washbag for hygiene cleaning. material is stretchy/cotton and they are well made, my elderly family member states they are comfy, and fit great. These are comfortable and up to a point do the job. A full pee flow and they struggle but for drips and small leaks very good. Go one size up from your normal is a good idea
