Works great. I use it for my ear. I have spinal Stenosis in my cervical spine and the muscles in my neck lock up constantly all the way into my right ear causing super sharp pains in my ear canal. I use this cream to numb it and it helps so much.

I recently gave a 5 star review to Welmate 5% lidocaine hemorrhoid cream. Even tho it works well I find that Megababe Butt Stuff works better at a much lower price. I do recommend both but the difference in price is deciding factor. I would be more apt to recommend the Butt Stuff over the Welmate for the price and excellent results I got with The Butt Stuff.

I used this prior to having laser hair removal of my upper legs. Usually it’s excruciating for me to the point of literally crying, as if a hot fireplace poker is being dragged up the back of my thighs. The tech recommended 2 brands of numbing cream. I tried both and they barely took the egde off. With this Wellmate cream it goes on more like a moisturizer cream. The other brands were like a gel, that just sits on the skin. My legs get kind of dry in winter so I rubbed some in, let it absorb 10 mins then glopped some more on heavy. I wrapped my legs in plastic wrap and let it sit for an hour before my appointment. I could immediately feel the difference as I wiped the cream off my legs. My skin was truly numb. For once, the tech didn't have to keep stopping the treatment to put an ice pack on my legs. (That cryo from the laser device is just not enough!) I am so pleased with the results. I rarely write reviews but I knew I had to write one for this stuff. It’s amazing. I’m so happy.

Does take a while for it to be effective. I would say it works similar to other products out there at a better price.

I used this on a mild burn on my arm from accidentally touching the edge of a hot pan. It immediately stopped burning and did not blister. So much better than cortizone!

Because of Kidney issues, I can’t use aspirin related products. I’m also allergic to most pain meds, so this does a good job of helping keep arthritic pain and discomfort under control.

Works really well- use everyday. Wish it was longer lasting or we could get stronger- but hey it helps and you don’t have to worry about patches.
