My car isn't a Mercedes-Benz. Can I use this product for diagnostics?

This product is designed to fit for Mercedes-Benz vehicles by default. For vehicles of other makes with an OBDII 16-pin port, it can only perform basic OBD2 modes, and does not support advanced functions like all-system diagnostics, active test, etc.

Why can't I reset codes?

You need to solve the problem after reading the error code, and then the code will be cleared.
