I've had Emergen-C for about 10 years. From teaching kids to sharing computer at work expose me to all possibility to catch cold/flu. I never run out of this stuff. Not only it's good for your immune system but also it's good for your skin~~. I take one packet everyday before I go to work. If you feel like something is coming on, take 3 packs a day. 3000mg is recommended dosage by my doctor. I love that they have so many flavors now but super orange is one my favorite flavor. Love it!
