Compact and functional
Fits hole perfect, we did cut the bottom spout so our hose could go down farther. It sealed of the pipe hole perfect.

Goodbye smell
I took the advice of another reviewer and took off the spring-loaded cap. My washer hose went right in. It fit my 2-in pipe. No more bad smell in my laundry room/ pantry. Absolutely amazing piece!.

It really works '
I have a new Speed Queen washer and dryer set that I love. It started overflowing the drain. It was all foamy. I bought this appliance and used it and it solved the problem. I later learned that I was using He detergent and that was what caused the problem. I still use this appliance on my drain!

Fixed leaking from washing machine wall drain! Nothing else could fix this issue, told it was detergent and build up from it but nothing cleared it.

Didn't work with my hose.
The product does not work with my hose. My hose is designed to go down the discharge drain several inches. I could possibly cut the flapper off and push the hose through it but I'm not sure if it would work. I just need to return it.

Does not hold the water hose under water pressure.
This item does not work properly and can malfunction. I installed this seal according to the video instructions on amazon, and the hose still popped out of the seal during a water flow and flooded my laundry room. This happened twice and is clear that once there is pressure from water flow it can force the hose out of the seal. It felt very tight when I placed the hose into it but it still didn't hold. Now I have water damage in my laundry room.

Awesome!
Been having an issue with my drain smelling. Tried cleaning but the doors kept coming. This fit without any issue and solved the smell!! It looks like it'll hold up well and is great value for the money. I haven't had any overflow issues so the capacity is good. Plug and play ease of use!
