Finding a cat food that meets both my standards and my picky cat’s taste has always been a challenge—but Nulo’s Organ Meat Cat Food has been a total game-changer. Here's how it stacks up: 🔹 Quality & Food Quality: Right out of the can, the quality is clear. The texture is smooth, not overly processed, and the ingredients list is refreshingly clean—real organ meats at the top, with no weird fillers or artificial junk. It's evident that this is a premium product. 🔹 Value for Money: It’s not the cheapest option out there, but for what you're getting, it's worth every penny. The high-quality proteins and organ meats make this a nutrient-dense food, so I actually find I use less per serving compared to lower-grade foods. Plus, my cat actually eats it—no waste! 🔹 Cat Food & Taste: This is where it really shines. My cat is notoriously picky—turns her nose up at most wet food—but she loves this. She licked the bowl clean on the first try and has been consistently excited for meals ever since. That alone makes it worth it for me. 🔹 Nutrition: Packed with high-quality organ meats, this formula is full of essential nutrients like taurine and B vitamins that are critical for feline health. I’ve noticed her coat is shinier and her energy levels are better since switching. Final Verdict: If you’ve got a finicky eater and care about giving them truly nutritious, high-quality food, Nulo Organ Meat Cat Food is absolutely worth trying. The ingredients are excellent, the taste clearly passes the picky-cat test, and the nutritional payoff is real.

Wilson LOVES this!
Our 10 month old rescue kitty "Wilson" loves this food!! When we first got him he was only 10 weeks old and we fed him the kitten Tiki and Weruva foods. He ate those all willingly UNTIL we made the mistake of trying to broaden his diet and included a can of the Fancy Feast Chopped Grill pate. ~sigh~ I don't think that is the worst food, but it is not at all one of the best in my book. I do not like the idea of him eating dying or diseased animals included in the by-products. We have tried all the top foods for him, but the only one he would even eat was the Blue Buffalo tastefuls canned, which ended up giving him urinary issues within 4 days of eating it. I found out that was because the food has more plant based protein than meat which was causing his urine to become alkaline. Not a good thing. As soon as we took him off that he was fine, but we were back to square one trying to find food he would accept. Anyway, when I read reviews that stated they had the same issues with their cats and the Fancy Feast, I decided it was worth a try. I was amazed on the first morning when I gave him the Chicken/duck with organ meats. He loved it and chowed right down and licked his plate clean. He did like the gravy, but the first thing he went for were the sliced organ meats. LOL. We are more than thrilled to add a better quality food to his diet and will continue to buy it for as long as he will eat it!

The cats love it!
My cats are as finicky as I am. They love the varieties I buy, textures, and flavors.

Box might arrive destroyed
My cats loved it! I think they just like the real shreds part. Unfortunately the box usually comes broken or destroyed. Haven’t received any bent cans though so that’s good.

My cats have Judicious taste...
I have two 12-year-old cats, and my big baby boy, Giddy, absolutely loves this brand. He devours it the moment it hits his bowl. His sister, Gabby, is a different story. She can take it or leave it and definitely prefers another brand. One of the reasons I keep buying it is because it contains organ meat, which is a more natural and nutritious ingredient for cats. As my cats have gotten older, I pay closer attention to the quality of the ingredients in their food, and this brand checks that box for me. That said, cats are going to be cats. While Giddy acts like this food is the greatest thing ever created, Gabby has been known to pick at it for a few bites and then walk away as if she has something better to do. Because one cat loves it and the other isn't impressed, I can't honestly give it a full 5-star rating. I also can't guarantee your pets will have the same reaction. What I can say is that the ingredients are healthier than many alternatives, and at least in my household, it earned a very enthusiastic paw of approval from Giddy. Four stars. Giddy would give it five. Gabby not so enthusiastic and gives possibly a three or two. So I think 4 stars is a fair assessment. 😸😸

limited and nutritious ingredients, but my cat didn’t favor the texture much. He’s not a picky eater either, but would prefer the Nulo dry food over this and other wet foods too.

High quality food on a budget.
Very high quality food and it is not that expensive. This is my major pick for high quality food for my cat.

Quality of food delivered from this supplier
I went to Petco several times to purchase this food to ensure my cat would eat it. Big yes so I ordered from this supplier. The food that arrived seemed separated, not really a gravy color anymore, more water and my cat wouldn’t eat. So I figured I would feed to the strays outside and see if it was good. They usually eat anything but wouldn’t eat this food delivered either. Went back to Petco and bought more and my cat loved it again. The food wasn’t expired and I was at door when delivered but maybe it saw too much heat somewhere. Unable to return product that is below what is stated or potentially damaged. I want even looking for a refund but wanted quality to be tracked. Please remember to check potential return ability when purchasing and make note of this supplier.
