24 Pack of chicken ramen noodles. You get a good amount and they all come nicely packaged together. The noodles are easy to make, taste good, and are good quality. The value is excellent and you get a lot of quick meals out of it. It satisfies the craving, hunger and they also have a nostalgic comforting element. Versatile noodle that can be made different ways and good to have on hand. Recommended for the convenience and taste.

I love Ramen Noodles! But let’s admit it as yummy and as satisfying as they are as a comfort food just eating noodles isn’t the healthiest meal. While the water is warming to boil, I throw in fresh herbs, fresh veggies or frozen veggies and sometimes some protein if I happen to have some Chicken leftovers if I have some on hand. If not dried herbs do just fine. And frozen veggies work best because they most likely are already cooked. Herbs… parsley, Herbs De’Provence, thyme, lavender, garlic powder, onion powder. Frozen Veggies…bean sprouts, sweet corn, chopped kale/ spinach, (in lieu of either, I’ve used seaweed paper used in rolling hand rolls for sushi), shelled edamame (my fav), green beans, carrots, asparagus, really any frozen veggies or leftovers you have will work. Just make sure they are hot before adding your noodles. After adding your noodles and it returns to boil, start your 3 min timer. I have even thrown in a raw egg, but an already scrambled egg works better for me or even a hard/soft boiled egg and it certainly is A LOT more appetizing to look at vs. runny whites floating in your soup until it hardens and cooks. I wait til the end of cooking to add the flavor packet and I usually add I couple of squirts/drops of soy sauce at the end too. I don’t like my Ramen on fire, but you can add jalapeños, red pepper flakes, or tabasco if you like it spicy! Voila - you’ve now turned a side dish into a healthy meal!
