WHAT’S INCLUDED: -4 Resistance Bars -Carrying Bag -Elbow/Tennis Elbow Brace -User Guide and Paper Work PRODUCT/THOUGHTS: I got this set of resistance bars since I’ve used them in the past at my Physical Therapist and I really enjoyed what you can do with them for grip strength, forearm strength, and hand strength improvements. It comes with a small guide to help you understand the resistance of each bar and some exercises you can do for various issues. There is also a card that has a QR Code so you can get some videos to see how these work in action. You Also get a 5-year warranty if you register everything so that’s pretty good in my opinion. I found these to be really well-made. I’ve been using these a couple of times a week and it’s great that it’s a set so you have various LB resistance to choose from. I really wish they put the resistance markings ON each of the bars though. That's the only downside, so you have to remember which color does what. Yellow is 6LB, Green is 10LB, Blue is 15LB and Red is 25LB. I hope when they make future batches of these or whatever, that they make that adjustment. I haven’t used the tennis elbow brace support thing since I already have one of those actually and I don’t use it much anyway. It all comes with a nice carrying bag so you don’t have to worry about losing your bars and can just neatly keep them all together and toss them with the rest of your fitness gear. Can Recommend.

Great exercisers. The lightest one is a bit light for me, but my 93 year old mom said it’s perfect for her!

I bought this set of resistance bars after it was recommended by a tennis friend to help with my tennis elbow. I’ve been using it regularly for my forearm rehabilitation exercises, and it has worked really well. It’s simple to use, feels sturdy, and is a great addition to my recovery routine. After a few weeks of consistent use, together with my rehab exercises, my tennis elbow improved significantly and I’m now back on the tennis court again. If you’re recovering from tennis elbow or looking to strengthen your forearm, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try.
