The only probiotic that has worked consistently and without fail for this long. I’ve been taking it for 4 months and it’s still going strong. I Metamucil in the morning and two of these capsules before my first big meal of the day. My guts have NEVER been better in the 43 years of my life.

These probiotics are so much better than other ones that I have used. I really do notice that over the longterm, I do absorb my food much better with these verse probiotics.
