Good kettle great customer service
As someone who drinks a lot of tea throughout the day, I definitely recommend this kettle set. It works great, and I always have hot tea ready whenever I want a cup. On top of that, their customer support is excellent. I had an issue with my kettle after Amazon's return and replacement window had already closed, but their support team helped me replace it without any hassle. They were easy to reach, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Great product and great customer service!

Double tea pot
Nice large capacity, both pots are well made, it was a little challenging to close the lid on the top pot as many others had stated in their reviews but if you play around with it you can get the hang of making it fit. My issue with it is the keep warm function keeps the water too hot so it stays at a boil and constantly make the loud boiling sound all the time.

Gorgeous and works great
If you take a look on my picture, this tea maker looks beautiful because it's made with stainless steel and easy to clean. Unlike other brands I liked the price which was almost half of other brands. In addition, takes less than 10 minutes to boil the water.

I bought this electric kettle about two years ago and used it actively every single day. It was very durable and worked perfectly. When I purchased a second one, the keep-warm sensor stopped working after about two months. I contacted the seller, and Mr. Cem was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Rusted in a month..
Rusted in less than a month.. not stainless steel. Very thin edges, cut my fingers a few times while washing it.. don’t buy.
