This is the best cook book I have purchased in the last couple years! The blend of desi flavors with western bakes makes every single recipe I have tried out of this world. Her recipes are easy to follow, packed with flavor and they never miss!! I look for an excuse to bring a dessert to a gathering because I keep wanting to try out more recipes. The lemon cardamom pistachio tart is a fan favorite and I’m not ashamed to say I have made it 5 times. If you are thinking about buying it… just do it. It will make your gatherings that much sweeter!

Favorite Indian Dessert Book!
Love Hetal’s recipes! I have both of her books, my favorite recipe is the one featured on the cover the almond bark with the pink chocolate topping! It’s at the top of my list at Diwali time when I make homemade sweets. I highly recommend her recipe books the recipes are pretty easy to follow and the photos are great!
