Love these protein drinks
I’ve tried several Prolon products now; frm these shakes to their 5-day fasting kits and 3-day kits/L-vitamins and protein bars. I’ve lost 10 pounds in a healthy way, and feel really good! I’m a 63 yr old grandma of 5 and take care of elderly parents. I feel energetic to keep up and Prolon helped me achieve this. Highly recommend/worth the money

Odd taste and texture
Terrible synthetic taste, foamy and gelatinous texture. I tried it for the very first time because it is a meal replacement that contains everything. The flavor and texture are both very odd, synthetic, and heavy. It comes in pre-packed packages —I prefer a scoop.

As far as liquid diets go this is good. I don’t think you will ever mistake a liquid diet for a milkshake so dont expect it to be a milkshake. It won’t spike your blood sugar or give you an insulin’s response. It keeps me full a long time. I fact I’m running low and must reorder.

Wow, so over-priced! WARNING: Only 12 servings!
Overpriced for what it is, think this is a scam. Only 12 little packets in this thing for this basic pea protein - what am I missing? Flavor was decent enough, but nothing special

The packet and powder need special handling
It would be best to work on the packet so that little powder is not near where you open it. The powder is like working with printer toner, it will get all over the place just trying to put in a shaker. Second, the taste is very minimal for the berry flavor.
