Good bands but weaken over time.
I use these bands everyday. The resistance is quite good. But over time, the bands start to weaken. It is definitely worth getting these to stretch

Good for the price
These are a good value for the money but I have found they aren't as strong as I'd like. I usually use a medium to a heavy but have to go up to a x heavy to get the workout I desire.
