Aluminium Chain Curtain 90x200cm Fly Screens for Doors (Silver)

First class item and great quality. After struggling for years with cheap rubbishy plastic strips whuch had minimal effect on insect ingress I bought one of these to try and it is pretty much 100% effective! So much so I bought another for the rear conservatory door as well. Easy to fit and add or reduce length to suit.

Good quality at a reasonable price. Since installing in the doorway to conservatory I am not plagued by insects and flies anymore. Recommended to my friends.

Good quality curtain which looks smart and like it will last, however the method for mounting it, according to the instructions, is pretty daft. I'm not sure if there should have been holes in the bar for the hooks to engage with, but there weren't in the unit I received. Without the holes, I can't see how it could be stable. Fortunately I had a piece of aluminium with just the right form to use as a 'hook' for the curtain bracket to hang from. It would be much better if something like this was provided. Should be noted that the curtain is heavy.

Bought this as have a dog but wanted to be able to keep our patio doors open so she could come and go without having a house full of flies. Works really well and looks really nice in our kitchen. Really easy to put up, I didn’t use the hooks they came with just 4-5 small head screws did the trick. A little shorter than I needed but I have a few spare strands which I can remove off the track and add to the rest so easily adjustable too. Would recommend.

After a disappointing experience with a mesh/magnet curtain combination we decided to switch up to a more durable metal chain version. We are extremely happy with this one. I was slightly sceptical about the quality since it is almost half the price of some on other shopping sites. Don’t be put off that it isn’t a branded name; this curtain looks and feels professional. The aluminium colour gives a clean bright feel to the area. It is possibly slighter lighter weight than some commercial butcher style curtains due to the aluminium material but for our needs it is ideal. So far it does what it says and deters insects from coming through a doorway that is open most of the day. We paired it with some metal curtain “tie backs” in a silver colour when we need easier access and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the result.

Good looking hanging screen for door of our caravan and very easy to fit. Also, easy process to remove some links if too long. As for stopping flies and other insects from entering, that's debatable. I haven't noticed that it's any great deterrent.

After reading all reviews on several products to stop flies entering the house, I decided this was probably going to be the best and most convenient product.Metal chains hang down well. Do not tangle. Not too noisy when entering in or out. Fitting was easy but decided to drill to fix to ceiling above door, as did not think the item would stay in place, this was simple enough. Length just right and is about 1cm above door closure. Well made product which is not too heavy and actually looks quite nice in the silver colour. When not in use we simply tie back

Ho voluto aspettare qualche giorno prima di scrivere questa recensione, giusto per farmi un’idea più chiara. La tenda è arrivata dopo circa 10 giorni dall’ordine: tutto ok, imballaggio perfetto, niente da dire. L’ho presa soprattutto per il prezzo, che era davvero molto più basso rispetto ad altre tende in alluminio che avevo visto in giro. Devo però dire una cosa: alcune parti, soprattutto quelle con le corde, mi sono sembrate un po’ più sottili rispetto a quelle delle tende più costose. Ma sinceramente, considerando che ho speso meno della metà rispetto al negozio vicino casa, direi che ci può stare. In generale, sono soddisfatto. La spedizione non è stata super veloce, la struttura è un po’ più leggera del previsto, ma nel complesso è un buon prodotto. Se proprio devo dare un voto, direi 4,5 su 5. Ora vediamo se regge bene nel tempo!

Super et placement facile

Wir haben die letzten Jahre jeden Sommer einen neuen Fliegenschutz gebraucht, da er immer kaputt gegangen ist. Bei einem Fadenvorhang gab es Verhedderungen.Zudem gibt es keinen wirklich Schönen.Bei diesen Fliegengitterstreifenvorhängen ist immer recht schnell die untere Beschwerungsleiste eingerissen.Sehr ärgerlich .Dieses Jahr bin ich auf dieses Prachtexemplar gestoßen. Und ich muss sagen, bis jetzt sind wir begeistert. Nichts verheddert, die Ketten verhaken sich auch nicht beim Türen schließen, die Hunde können rein und raus.......Und das Beste: ich habe keine einzige lästige Fliege mehr in der Wohnung gehabt.Zudem sieht der Vorhang gar nicht mal schlecht Hochwertig verarbeitet ist er auch.Die beiliegenden Befestigungsschrauben waren für unsere Tür viel zu groß.Wir haben mit 4 kleineren Schrauben direkt durch die Aluleiste geschraubt.In diesem Fall: lieber einmal ein bisschen mehr ausgeben und man erspart sich jahrelängen Ärger ( und Müll).
