Was exactly the way I ordered it the biltong is made on demand and if you like it wet then you probably should not keep it too long someone here complained it was mouldy, but I had no such issues, wet Biltong is not something you should have hanging around for too long, got a free taster with their Durban Barbecue flavour hmmm YummyI like my Biltong wet, not bone dry like most suppliers here sell them. But as always cut biltong is a luck of the draw if the stick is fatty you will get a pack of fatty Biltong being a south African I don't mind for me its about the flavour and this is as good as it gets. Personally I prefer sticks but this was a free taster so I will be ordering the sticks
