High quality toothbrush
An amazing toothbrush. Please utilize the app. It really does help and makes a difference in the way you brush. Also, it does last a pretty long time on a single full charge. I charge it about once a month on an everyday usage basis.

I Always get super feedback at dental cleanings
Great toothbrush that always provides super feedback at dental cleanings. I will change my stars if this one doesn't last like my last exact model that only lasted a year. Kind of expensive for it to just last a year. Fingers crossed this one will outcast it.

Great toothbrush with excellent customer service!
This was the first electric toothbrush I've owned and I've been really happy with it. It looks cool, it's comfortable, it works well, and it leaves your teeth feeling really clean. The battery lasts quite a while between charges. The longest I've gone without charging it was 8 days and it was still going strong. After three years and two months the wiggly bit went all floppy. I can hear something inside of it is loose when I shake it a little. Given the price, I was a little disappointed that it didn't last longer. I called customer support and they agreed to replace it once even though it was out of warranty. As long as the second one lasts just as long, I will feel like I've gotten my money's worth out of it and this thing will retain it's 5-star review from me. As for now, I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

A fantastic toothbrush with some average smart features.
So for years I've apparently been brushing too hard, and my dentist finally forced me into the electric toothbrush market. After doing some research it appears that Sonicare is legitimately better than Oral-B in plaque removal (around 15-20%) but is quite a bit more expensive on average. I tried the Oral-B option first and it was okay, but bothered my gums on the side of my mouth that I really brushed too hard on. The vibration isn't really intense at all, and I actually enjoy it compared to the circular brushing pattern of the Oral-B. It also allows you to get more paste on the brush compared to Oral-B, which is a positive since I always felt like I was "running dry" with that brush. So now I'm using this brush and I think it's fantastic, none of the sensitive spots I have in my mouth are triggered by it and I genuinely feel like I've just come back from a cleaning (in terms of cleanliness, not gum pain lol). So the toothbrush itself is nice, it's easy to select modes and holds a charge for quite awhile. The main difference between this brush and the 'dumb' versions other than the app is that it actually has a pressure light at the base of the toothbrush. (Which I like) The app is decent, but not really worth the money in my opinion. It's tracking tech works okay for the most part, but gets screwy if you move your head around, or look down at the phone. You can compare this to the Oral-B which actually requires you to hold your camera to watch you brush, and is even worse in quality.

Simply the very best of the best in toothbrushes.
Incredible. Nothing is close to this toothbrush. I have had several levels of Sonicare toothbrushes from the entry level, several different mid levels, and the level just below this (which I loved but dropped it and broke it). I have had Oran-B’s top level and it cannot to this one. Your teeth feel perfect after brushing every time. The drawback to the toothbrush is that it costs as much as a car payment.

Read comments for many issues
Love the toothbrush purchased in July but stopped charging in January. Amazon referred me to contact Philips customer service and they sent me a replacement but in silver not black as I ordered. Philips said that black is not available and that was that according to her so I requested an escalation for a supervisor-someone is supposed to call me within 24 hours. I asked if I could use the silver one until the black is back in stock and the representative said absolutely not or I will not be able to return ~ this leaves me with only a traditional toothbrush, which is unacceptable since I have bruxism and lost every tooth in my mouth during the pandemic. I am still undergoing total mouth reconstruction and still have ugly temps in my mouth and can’t chew with them. I’m totally disabled and it’s taking me over 2 years because the dental clinic is horrible (couldn’t afford $60,000 to go to a regular dentist) and have screwed up everything including causing me to have a root canal that I had to pay for and causing a painful mass in my gum line that requires oral surgery involving bone grafting with cadaver bone!! that I have to pay for and do while awake because of my heart conditions that I can’t have anesthesia. I’ve also missed appointments because of my multiple autoimmune and neurological disorders and other life threatening illnesses. It is extremely vital that I care for my teeth and Philips has left me with nothing. I also requested that the exchange be left at my front door but my aide, whom I pay, had to get the package from the mailroom. On top of that, I requested if I could have the return picked up because of my inability to walk or drive to the drop off location but they said that it would cost me $14.99 (that fee should have been waived in my opinion). Great toothbrush but horrible dealing with Philips if you have a problem with it. Also never received tongue brush originally but I let that go and use a manual one. The replacement brush set also was missing the tongue brush. I asked for a supervisor and she said that one was not available but she said that she sent a ticket to call me within 24 hours ~ 72 hours later and no call. Good luck! And I recommend purchasing the 2 year warranty!!!

Wow! This is amazing
Few years ago I finally made the switch to electric toothbrushes (not including the brief experience I had twenty years ago with an Oral-B). Previously I had a high end Oral-B electric toothbrush. Then last year I upgraded to a mid-grade (4000 series) Philips Sonicare cleaning brush (that one cleaned at 7x normal brushing compared to this 9750 which touts 20x). I've been a fan of ultrasonic frequencies for cleaning in general because I know what it can do in all sorts of industries. So I was excited to have my Philips sonicare 4000 series brush I got for $10 (Amazon Returns deal). I found that toothbrush more effective than my Oral-B and enjoyed it for quite a while. But then I saw this 9750 on amazon on sale for a REALLY good price (under $200) and knew I had to have it. I placed a pre-order and patiently waited for my new brush. First impressions were "wow", I'm impressed. The box presentation was very befitting for a product of this quality. I really like the glass cup and charging stand as well as the styling of the brush itself. I was a little disappointed to see that the toothbrush holder is made from clear plastic and not glass (I was kinda hoping it would be glass). But overall from an aesthetics point of view, it's a nice brush (I ordered the dark blue/rose-gold color scheme and it looks GREAT). My experience with the brush is spectacular. It is VERY aggressive with the ultrasonic frequencies. I can absolutely feel a difference in the cleaning capabilities of this brush over my cheaper mid-grade Sonicare 4000-series model. For fun I've even tried the Clean+ mode and WOW that was even more aggressive - my eyes felt like they were vibrating from the force! Certainly don't need to use Clean+ on a regular basis, but it was fun and my teeth certainly felt clean! I also really like that the brush automatically identifies when the tongue cleaner is installed (still getting used to that function). It's a cool feature. I still haven't tried the bluetooth functionality and the smart app yet. But so far I'm really impressed. For under $200, it's worth the investment. At $300+ I'd really think twice about the brush (it's good, but I bet you could find something nearly as strong cheaper model sonicare like the 7000 series or 8000 series which would work nearly as well) But like I said, if it's on sale then it's absolutely worth the price!

Considered this over prestige 9900 for two reasons
I opt for this brush for mainly two reasons that lack in prestige 9900 1 - Very good brush head holder. You can’t find this holder separately or even with any other Sonicare models. It looks very cool. This holder should have been included with 9900 or at least sold separately. But nowhere to be found and no other brush head holder comes closer to this. 2 - prestige also lacks tongue mode and tongue genuine brush head are almost impossible to find. Not sure why Philips discontinuing tongue mode. Philips Sonicare app is still mediocre. It can’t store more than one brush handle. I have two brush handles in different bathrooms and I have to keep reconnecting each. You can only connect one brush handle at a time. No way to export the dental diary data. If you are not careful then you can loose all the history. I love that prestige 9900 is way smaller and comes with a bit better looking case than this but that is small trade off compared to other stuff I got with this one. Once you learn how to brush then you don’t need their app’s guidance and tips. But brush heads storage case was the primary reason to get this. You can get newer model any time but you can never get this type of brush head storage case if they stop producing it or it goes out of stock. Nobody can predict the future anyway. One thing I really don't like about top of the line Sonicare toothbrushes are their chargers. Every freaking model is incompatible with another charger. This is ridiculous. I have 9000, 9750 and other similar type of brush heads that our family use that came with glass charger, and we have to put 4 different chargers plugged in all the time somewhere. In the past until few years ago, that was not the case. One white basic charger can charge all your models but with the introduction of glass chargers, things have gone bad and I just can't believe why Philips would do this type of idiocracy.

Love it
I’ve been using this toothbrush for about two years, no complains! I like the travel box that I can easily bring it with me, and leave it in the luggage cuz the toothbrush actually last about a week(or even more, didn’t actually try the limit but it’s pretty long).

Funcionalidad
Es un equipo que cumple perfectamente con la finalidad para la que fue diseñado. El problema es que su precio es excesivo.
