Its very well made, excellent shape and size for the hand, doesnt rattle, the bearing is glass smooth and in use its confidence-inspiring and effortless. I have used spinners for 30 years and this is the best yet. I use it 100% of the time, I dont use the steering wheel at all. One important proviso -- my application is for a Transit 250 van which already has a thick steering wheel, over which I put a thick cover. The XL bracket fits fine but the included screws only catch the bracket about one turn of the screw which isnt enough. They are (2) 4x20 hex cap screws. I went to Home Depot and bought 25s, still not enough. I exchanged for 30s and now they are long enough to reach all the way through the bracket and I feel very secure. I wrote to the company who replied that they didnt recommend longer screws but I disagree. They should have included two longer screws but I didnt subtract a star because such a thick wheel wasnt their fault. I am right at the limit of their measuring guide. In your installation you might get by with the 20s. Another good point is that people who drive these vans complain that the wheel is too far from the driver. This spinner effectively brings the wheel two inches closer which is a very comfortable position. I used to use spinners at the 2 o'clock position but for safety reasons I have changed to 4 o'clock. At 2 o'clock, in an accident in which you will lean forward, a spinner can put your eye out. Consider your safety before buying but as spinners go, this is excellent. The company said to not worry about the gap in the bracket. With longer screws, I dont.

Easy install, works great for my steering wheel. My steering wheel is thicker (2017 Nissan Rogue), and others I've bought would not fit as the wheel was too thick, but this fit just perfect. Do make sure you check the tightness of the knob periodically to ensure safety, as they can loosen over time. All on all its a great product, takes the strain off of my shoulder and arm.

Bought for my mom who injured her shoulder. Fit great with the added rubber protection piece. Pretty easy to install by myself. Feels sturdy, rotates smoothly and comfortable in the hand. If you have a leather wheel or care about how your wheel is gonna look if you take this off; don't overtighten the screws and make sure to use the protector it comes with. There are little metal teeth where the ring makes contact with the wheel that i could see causing damage over time.

OK, I sprained my left wrist and hyper-extended the left thumb, as well as having my right shoulder rotator cuff injury flare up, again. Made it where I couldn't fully grasp the steering wheel with the left hand, nor fully turn the wheel with my right arm, either. So, i bought this Top Life XL spinner (my steering wheel has a thick leather cover). It makes turning the steering wheel a breeze, better than before I had injuries. My older relatives had used spinners back in the 1950's, so I said why not try one myself. I'm glad I did. Works great, looks great, is great.

For those of you with shoulder issues, arthritis, etc., that make turning the wheel of your car difficult, try this. I recently had a should replacement surgery and this has been extremely helpful post surgery. This knob spins perfectly and is so easy to grip and use to turn the wheel of my car. My husband even likes it as it makes sharp turns much easier. Well made, easy to install.

Just got this installed yesterday so minimal hands on experience. I recently developed some shoulder arthritis and with a failing power steering pump on my 2005 Ford Excursion I found that it was very uncomfortable fighting the steering wheel. During a few errands last night I fell in love with this thing! It’s so easy. The knob is larger than others. It has a very comfortable feel. I will test several installation locations. Currently it is installed in the lower right of steering wheel and with the knob i can easily rest my elbow on the armrest and reach the steering wheel.

I recently broke my left wrist and have to wear a cast. Very awkward for me to drive. So, I ordered a steering wheel knob and had it installed. It does make maneuvering my car with one hand much easier, especially in turning on tight curves. So, I am very happy with that knob. However! there is one problem concerning screws. they are bit too short. There should be two sets, one with three average screws, the other with longer screws. I have thick cover over my steering wheel, hence ordering truck XL. Thanks.
