I recently bought this multi-pack of GUM orthodontic wax and I'm so glad I did. The price for the bundle is fantastic. You get so much that we'll literally never need to buy more. It's perfect for anyone with braces who wants to stay stocked up for the long haul. This wax has been a lifesaver since I got braces a week ago. It’s easy to tear some off, soften it, and stick it to my braces. It stays on really well too. I’ll definitely order more once I run out!

Softness: This wax is very soft, I was worried it would be too bulky or chalky, but I honestly don’t even feel it anymore. Color: The color is as described, it is clear and very much invisible along my Invisalign’s (pardon my teeth, they are a work in progress, but wanted to include for reference). Adhesiveness: I’ll be honest, I initially thought this would be an instant return and that the wax wasn’t going to stick to my Invisalign retainers because there is nothing to cling to like traditional braces. I will say, if you try to stick on an entire square to the invisalign, it will likely not stay, but I tried taking just a tiny dot just as a barrier almost so thin there is nothing there, and it stuck like a charm and has been there all day. My retainers have clips up top to place my rubber bands on and sometimes the trays have a poor fit and the clip stabs my inside lip. This completely solved that and since I have to use such a tiny amount for it to stay, it’s definitely worth the price because this will likely last my entire 18 months! Odor: I did not smell any odor. Sturdiness: The original piece has lasted all day granted I don’t eat with them in and haven’t ate yet, I have drank tons of water and it has not effected its placement or adhesiveness at all. Definitely a must have on hand for Invisalign’s that have clips for bands.

If you wear braces, this is a must have on more difficult days to protect the inside of your cheeks and other areas. I like to keep a pack in my pocket so it warms up and makes it easier to spread over your brackets. It’s easy to use, but if you’re not a fan of minty flavors it won’t be for you. This is a softer wax so it’s not always easy to remove without a toothpick to help get it out.

So I purchased this wax because I have a filling that fell out of my tooth and my tooth is extremely sharp and I have a terrible canker sore on my tongue that every time I talk the tooth is hitting the canker sore and it feels like it’s stabbing it! when I tell you pain it has been so painful canker sore medicine just doesn’t do it because you put it on the canker sore and then like it numbs it for a minute and then I go to talk or eat and the tooth just keeps hitting it and hitting it. Let me tell you I was like at my wits end and Google actually suggested that I purchased like a braces wax. I didn’t even think of it. Well saved me from the agonizing pain. It stays on my tooth until I can get it filled now my canker is finally going away and I’m just so glad it’s stuck to my tooth because I was afraid it wouldn’t. I suggest actually if you’re using it for whatever reason stick it on the part of your mouth that you want it to be and just let it stay there for a minute I think if it starts to warm up a little bit, it stays better better because I noticed the first time I used it It didn’t stay , so hold it there for a min and let it warm up if you just put it in the area that needs to be it will stay if you just hold it there for a minute and let it warm up a little bit. I mean, that’s what I think I don’t know . Also, you can even eat with it on that’s how good it stays on of course I changed it every day but you don’t have to take it out. Take it off when you eat. It will stay on which is a huge plus. but anyway the only thing is I kind of wish there were more. It’s such a small little amount that you get but I get canker sores like every month so I’m sure I’ll be using it again and I’m sure it’ll be purchasing more so five stars for me. I am so glad I purchased this because I thought there was no hope.

We have bought these for and they worked great. Our most recent batch was melted to the front cases. They are all pretty useless because you have to scrape it off and then it's just a mess.
